Raymond Luk is the founder and president of Flow Ventures. He is an experienced entrepreneur and operator and has played an active role in Canada’s technology industry over the last 15 years.
His recent accomplishments include Year One Labs, a startup accelerator and venture fund (co-founder and Managing Director). He is the founder of ArtAnywhere, an online art marketplace, and StartupDrinks Canada which is Canada’s largest monthly tech networking event. He was the past co-president of the National Angel Capital Organization’s annual summit, and a Board member of Anges Quebec, Canada’s largest Angel group.
He is a Director or advisor to several startup organizations: Year One Labs, ArtAnywhere, Symtext, Massive Damage, Startupify.me, Entrepreneurs Roundtable (NY), and Project Olympus (Pittsburgh). He is a graduate of Cornell, Queen’s, and McGill.
Peter Bailey is the General Manager of Flow Ventures. He specializes in SRED and government grants and tax credits and has helped startups raise millions of dollars of financing.
He also has a deep operational background in startup operations, with a focus on recruiting and human resources. As a consultant, Peter has worked with startups across Canada and the US and is a regular speaker and participant at technology events in Canada.
Peter was the co-founder and General Manager of YoungCuts, an international film festival devoted to young filmmakers. He’s a graduate of Concordia University, a proud father and a proud, but long suffering, Habs fan.
